SHANDRA L. McDONALD
SHANDRA L. MCDONALD is an award-winning screenwriter, director, and producer with more than 15 years experience in the television and film industry. She has received awards from the Director’s Guild of America, Atlanta Film Festival, IFP Film Festival, Hollywood Black Film Festival, and 48-Hour Film Festival for her film projects. Shandra has produced original content that has aired on networks including, Showtime, Oxygen, TV One, CBS, BET, NBC, TLC, The Discovery Channel, The Fine Living Network, and Turner Broadcast Station.
Shandra's film projects have screened at international festivals including the Cannes Film Festival in France and the Fespaco Film Festival in Ouagadougou, Africa. She has served as the lead producer and director on many advocacy projects, including a 40th-year-anniversary documentary for Women in Film and Television's Atlanta Mentorship program about the women’s right’s organization 9 to 5. Currently, her production company Kiss the Limit Productions, Inc. is creating a documentary about youth Spark's Voices organization, an Atlanta-based early intervention program, which directly assists children, particularly young girls, deemed “high risk” for sex trafficking. Shandra currently has projects available in Wal-Mart and Amazon video. Shandra is an Assistant Film Professor at Clayton State University, and she received a B.A. and M.F.A from Howard University.
NANCY B. HOWARD
NANCY B. HOWARD is the Founder of The Big Picture Film & Video Foundation, and Founder and Executive Producer the Georgia BigPictureCon Film & Technology Conference. She is also an independent film and video producer with over 20 years of production experience. She received her Bachelor degree in Mass Media Arts – Radio/TV/Film from Clark Atlanta University and a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. Nancy produced the short film She was previously the Executive VP and & COO of Kiss The Limit Productions, a boutique film, video and web production company which has produced corporate projects for Coldwell Banker, Atlanta Medical Center, USAID, Coca-Cola Federal Credit Union, and Swiss Trilingual School, among others. Nancy is a current member and former Board Member of Women in Film & Television Atlanta, and currently a member of the Atlanta Film Society, Georegia Production Partnership, and Film Independent.
